Passing for Mainstream

My husband and I are just one of the crowd here passing for mainstream parents with all the others watching our sons play the first Lacrosse game of the season. Sometimes it feels good or shall I say it's a relief to not be automatically labeled by others as an outsider or "different". We blend in just fine (until and if in conversation I'm asked what school my son attends).

(Doesn't my pocketbook on the ground look odd?)

Oh and our twelve year old son is next to my husband, right to left it's son, husband then me.
