My husband used his grandmother's hand crank pasta maker.
The recipe is from Mario Batali's cookbook Simple Italian Food
. However I did find the same recipe online free at the FoodTV website here. There is nothing as delicious as the delicate texture of a fresh pasta! Trust me on this.
