Introduction to Series: My Experience With and Theories About Learning Styles

Introduction to the Series



I decided it’s time for me to share my views on learning styles and brain dominance. I have a lot to say on this topic. My views have changed over time and based on my experiences working directly with my children.



I’m dividing this topic into sections that represent different times in my journey homeschooling my children.I have two boys who have never been to daycare, preschool or school. At present they are aged 12 and 9.



I plan to publish one part each day. The series will culminate in my theory about learning styles as they may relate to learning disabilities.
