My younger son was playing dress up.
This was May, just before his third birthday.
Note one boot is his older brothers and I think both are on the wrong feet. He was already dressing himself at that age.

This was before this child became self-conscious about his appearance. That happened later in his third year when his uncle made fun of him for wearing a race car driver costume in public when not on Halloween. Ever since the kid has been super sensitive about what he looks like and wants to wear only the current fashions. He takes careful note of what teens and adults wear when we are driving down the road and see pedestrians and when we're in stores and anywhere in public. Since age three he has been trying to emulate the dress of others. Thanks, brother-in-law...
